As soon as we got there the reception staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming! The reception area is incredible, smells amazing and just makes you feel as if you’re in luxury straight away! Every member of staff we dealt with was totally amazing and went above and beyond for us. The room was so luxurious and immaculate. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Berlin!!

All very well!! Very large and comfortable bed. Perfect bathroom, large and very beautiful room. close to shops, restaurants and other attractions to visit and with good transport connection.
